    What a delightful surprise!! The parcel outer was well wrapped, The delivery was on time. Inside the parcel was carefully packed with soft tissue. Now for the dahlias.. These have been the best dahlias I have ever received mail order. They were well budded, and tubers plump and not broken or dehydrated. These are not ordinary tubers but the best !!!
