    Bought a switch game, advertised as English version in picture & written description but a Spanish one was sent. Had to argue with seller by numerous emails back & forth about returning item for a refund as item was not as advertised. Eventually they sent me a return label but stopped communicating and never issued the refund. Had to get eBay to step in & eventually I’ve gotten my money back. AVOID!!!!!

    Received the item but it took the seller 6 days to dispatch the purchased item very poor customer service even though the seller apologised it still doesn’t make it any better also I was charged £ 2. 99 for shipping for a 24 hour delivery service in total it took 10 days to arrive. A totally unacceptable service and very unprofessional way of customer care. I’m sorry now that I didn’t purchase the item elsewhere. Anyone who is thinking of buying from this seller I advise buy elsewhere. 👎🏻
