I received this product and unfortunately it was broken .I contacted the seller immediately and they responded to me straight away .They were very apologetic, courteous and offered a refund .Customer Service spot on but I stand by my first comment that the product is of poor quality and not worth £6.21.

What I received was not what was listed or in the picture, I wanted 200 of the reed tubes, as in the listing, and I was sent 20....the seller said a mistake, but still has same listing amount so other buyers will get same 20 instead of 200. Is it a scam?, or is the seller, like other similar listings, just clueless. Beware this and similar listings for 200...Ebay were great and I got full refund within days from ebay, not via seller..I am fed up with sellers in China not delivering as listed

I nearly died when the parcel arrived. After opening the first box there was a slim box with a picture of a light up Christmas tree. My immediate thought was, I didn’t order this, and then contained within the box was the smallest Eiffel Tower, plastic, tacky £1-£2 decoration with one of the pull out tabs to activate the battery for it to light up - advertised as a desk lamp! More of a fairy house desk lamp. So tiny…
