    Great service from the seller for some Ford Kuga floor mats. They are clean and as new, just as in the listing: definitely excellent value. There was an issue with Yodel not delivering but stating delivered after they were expected. The seller was excellent in dealing with the issue. The mats arrived 5 days after the delivery date stated by Yodel. The seller ensured that a bad courier didn’t affect their service to me. I definitely recommend using Partsdealers.

    I can't obviously provide feedback if the item works or not, as it is to be used only in the event of a flat tyre emergency, but I can testify the item arrived quickly, was well packaged, it is in a sealed plastic bag and it looks genuine and unused. Its expiration date is 11/2024 as described and I am trusting the seller is correct that it can still be used effectively.

I i was annoyed with the fact it was incorrect and didn t give them a chance to sort the issue out before I contacted them leaving a poor review. But as soon as I contacted them they couldn t do enough to rectify the mistake. They even organised collection of the wrong product so no te wasted for myself to post the return. When the correct item arrived super value hardy great looking product.Thanks.
