I was a little disappointed with the correspondence with the seller, although they responded quickly I felt they were a little rude, even though I want to buy a different size from them. I didn't expect a free return, just wanted to know if I could exchange for a different size. I did receive my refund quickly after returning the jacket though. It is a good quality jacket and for that reason I recommend them.
