  I ordered a hi-vis zip-up sweatshirt, size XL, I got size M. They wanted to give me back 50% of the value (it made no sense to me because I wouldn't use it anyway). I contacted the seller wanting to send it back and get the correct size, he agreed so , I sent it, instead I got a refund. Not only do I have to order again, but I also lose out on shipping.
