  Despite really careful packaging the china was shattered. This was not the Seller's fault. This was a postal handling issue. The seller was prompt to respond, and when I sent photos of the broken china, immediately organised a complete refund. I think that how well the Seller handled things deserves five stars because this is how things ought to be dealt with when something goes amiss. I have bought other china from this Seller, that did arrive in perfect condition, and am happy to recommend.

  Hi, these cups arrived on time and were well packed in a box and well padded, the cups were as described, they are such lovely cups and great value for money, they even had two packets of seeds which you can plant your self of the flowers that you see on the cups, which is great, so thank you to the seller for such a beautiful item, :-)
