  The initial transaction went very well and the product arrived quickly. However, between making the purchase and opening the item, it became clear that something had happened. The product, despite being packaged securely, had sustained what appeared to be a burn mark on the electrical connector. Since the item did not match the seller’s description, I requested a return. After a few back and forth messages, I was able to get my money back. Good value product, but unfortunately it was damaged.

  Sorry to hear you didn’t feel good about the experience. I did test the card myself and can confirm it works fine—I’m still using it right now. I always try to be fair, which is why I accepted your return and issued a full refund right away. I shipped a working card at a fair price, and I did my best to make things right on my end.   All packs were opened and resealed. I could tell something was off when the etb had holes in it and wasn’t pictured as on eBay. Every pack was glued and half open at the bottom. The cards were off and missing do not recommend this seller to anyone

  I purchased this sealed box, along with all of the other sealed wax I sell on here at a large retail store. This box was sealed when I purchased it and when I packed it up to ship to you. I never opened this or any of the other Pokemon items I have. Sorry you feel this way, I can assure you it wasn't open upon leaving my hands. I even accepted the return you initiated but you then cancelled it which makes this entire scenario weird and I'd say to others, be wary of this buyer...

  I’m very conflicted in writing this review because the buyer was very responses and good in messaging communication but I felt like his photos were a bit misleading considering I’m spending a lot of money on a graphics card. I feel as a buyer. I have every right to want my item to arrive in the condition, the photos were shared, but that wasn’t the case.

  Item was returned and refunded in full. On inspection, I found the side bracket had simply shifted the outter casing likely during shipping; once adjusted, the casing moved over and the card worked like new. Always aim to be fair and stand by my sales.
