  Didn't have the product I ordered, offered my an alternative and ordered 2, one arrive smashed and was only in one layer of bubble rub. In a crushed box not fit for use and no fragile or handle with care tape. Were not bothered and just thought sending me a refund was acceptable and now got to source elsewhere. Did not even respond to me e-mail so will never use them again.

  I'm so sorry that 1 of the 2 hurricanes lamps was damaged in transit, i sent you an email saying that we had sold out of the vase and would not be able to send a replacement and as a gesture of goodwill, refunded you for the whole order. im sorry if you felt that was not enough, very best wishes Emma
