  Customer service (through eBay messaging) was great. Quickly helped me troubleshoot some issues and got me a replacement part quickly. I was reticent about ordering a used part over eBay without knowing much about the seller. After installing the replacement part I ordered I was still having some issues.   Very prompt shipping, which was great because our furnace was down. When I received this circuit board I had a question for the seller.   Part worked as advertised. Furnace fired right up after replacement. Seller was responsive and professional. The part arrived a day earlier than expected. We did not need the tech support offered but we appreciated that it was available. The seller takes an interest in the success of their customers to avoid selling the wrong parts due to incorrect diagnostics. We will be reaching out in the future for any other needs.

  I truly appreciate your kind words as we do the best we can to help as many people as possible during the cold weather. The hvac companies charge alot and in most cases we can help resolve almost any issue. I don't mind sharing information if it will help someone save money and time. The blower on nonstop is a lockout mode and not the control board. The flame dropping out 2-3 seconds after lighting is a weak pressure switch or cracked heat exchanger.
