There was damage to part of the order despite extremely careful packaging on the part of the seller. I sent a photo on receipt...and a replacement arrived safe and sound today (Wednesday).     These guys are an example of how business should be done - the order was dispatched quicky, the packaging was excellent and the products are great (I already have a few of them) - there was some damage to one item (out of ten) and I suspect this was down to impact damage during delivery as the packaging was more than adequate. I reported the damage and a replacement item was sent immediately. I'll definitely be using them again - Five Star Service.
