  After numerous messages with seller, I have no choice but to give negative feedback. The back of the chair is not right. They sent me a video for how to fix it. £730 to fix a brand new chair!!!! Seriously. I’ve asked for replacement part or just replacement. They have yet to respond but quick to ask me not to give negative feedback. So sorry to do this but it looks cheap as it’s wonky!!!!
