I asked for to return the product and was offered a £5 refund, which I declined and said I wanted to return. I then went through eBay's return process and the seller then sent a message to accept the £5 refund and no other option. £30+ bag of amendment which is supposed to be kept sealed ruined and only £5 back for the privilege.
