About us
Sean League, former owner of US Telescope Inc and Sean’s Astronomy Shop, started IDEA Engineering after seeing a need for small adapters for amateur astronomy. He designed small, but high quality adapter parts, and the response was so good that it formed into a business. Later, after meeting William Zhang of iGAGING, and being impressed with his measuring tools and their quality, he expanded IDEA Engineering to include iGAGING’s products. IDEA Engineering and iGAGING also now work closely with SpaceFab designing spacecraft components and using their measuring tools to check and build the spacecraft.
