  Received product in a timely fashion. Arrived well packaged and not damaged. It is brand new as advertised in the listing. My appliance repair guy installed it and it's been working fine so far. The knob is really stiff and requires a lot of muscle to turn. Hopefully it eases up after several more uses. Excellent price for the part. So happy I found the listing. I recommend this seller and will do business with them in the future if I need any other parts.

  The ice CUBE/CRUSHED solenoid arrived on time. It was as described (brand new) and it looked perfectly (exactly like the old one - except this one worked). I was cautious about the low price, but the part worked flawlessly. I am most happy with this seller. I only wished he had my 2nd part (refrigerator user control panel). Both parts should have arrived by now, but the control panel seller has not even shipped it out yet - UGH!!!
