  I bought a blue and a pink beach towel and when they arrived I could see the pink towel had been opened and repacked. As I suspected it was absolutely filthy with large mucky patches on the flip side. I contacted the seller explaining what I had received showing photos of the stains. I told them I wanted to return it for an exchange. They replied offering 25% discount to keep it. I asked them again to exchange it. No reply until the day when ebay could step in.
