  I ordered a package of white socks with black trim but instead received a package of black socks which I did not really want or need. Having said that when contacting the seller I was offered and accepted a 50% refund and kept the merchandise which turned out to be a sad factory compensation. The seller responded very quickly and was apologetic for the mishap!

  So I ordered socks size 9-11 and when they arrived it had the label saying 9-11 on it but on taking them out of the bag they were smaller than the supposed size. I reached out to the seller and informed them and the response I got was if the label says 9-11 then I got what I paid for. Even after I explained that the product was clearly mislabeled cos the socks were smaller than expected, the seller didn’t offer any apology and said they would only give 15%refund to keep it. I said no to offer.
