    Bought 3 straps, listing said they were 1st class despatch when buying 3. After a week these straps weren’t delivered, seller unhelpful and asked for more days to receive as they’d actually been sent 2nd class. After waiting longer and having to purchase a strap elsewhere, I opened a case and asked seller for a refund. They ignored me and I had to through eBay.
