    WOW just WOW!!! - So I was curious to see what £200 would get me regarding a Macbook. The unit arrived well packaged. Item was listed as Grade C but in my opinion it should be B easy. Item in great condition. Little bit of screen delamination (usual with these). It even came with a brand new GENUINE apple charger. Over-Joyed with this purchase and I highly recommend these guys. Delivery was next day via DPD. I'll be back for more guys top job and I'm highly impressed. 10 stars 🌟 👍 👌

    I had an initial problem finding the mains plug but it was hidden in the back of the packaging and virtually invisible as it was black on black. I phoned up and spoke to a very helptul young man called Owen I think. He was patient, courteous and promised to phone me back after he went to look at some others to check. True to his word he called me back to tell me where the plug was but he did admit to having trouble finding it himself. Well packed and posted promptly.Thank you.A***** I

    despite being very well packed I had an issue with damages in shipping (just bad luck from the look of it). the seller quickly sent a replacement to fix this issue. good experience overall, although I have not tested the replacement yet as of writing, the seller handled the issue well, but could have done with some more communication to let me know what was happening during the process
