  I ordered the car wash ‘kit’ but only the brush head arrived due to an error in the warehouse. As soon as they were advised they went out of their way to resolve quickly and with least hassle to me. I promptly received a refund and did not have to return the incomplete items. It is when things go wrong that you see the true nature of a buisness and they were fantastic. Highly recommend as they stand by their service promise 👍

  Good seller! My done purchase from one of those items never been delivered to me. Seems shipped parcel with item was damaged or lost on the long postway and this was absolut not sellers fault - but seller gave me after all total refund. So maybe a reorder will be possible if shipping times become easyer and not as crowded due to all those recent holidays - so would by here again

  Its bad that parcel with my purchased item did not arrived or been delivered as parcel seem to be lost now on the long shipping way and those multiple changing carrier services. So it is not any done false by seller. And he refunded me, so at least its still sad for long waiting for nothing - but ok when refunded as lost sendings are still normal here
