The communication with the supplier was reasonable. The courier company (DPD) was a nightmare and I would insist on a different delivery method if buying again. The courier first delivered to wrong address and claimed was signed for, when it wasn't. They then took 4 days to find and deliver it, which for an overnight delivery was not acceptable.
