  I have the utmost trust and faith in this seller, despite the fact the item didn't arrive. Their comms are excellent and I have used their products many times and they have been of consistently high quality. However it is a pity they rely on Evri to deliver their wares, as they managed to lose the package. When I messaged the seller to say it had not arrived, they advised me to raise a dispute with Ebay - I did so and received a full refund immediately. Great service! I have re-ordered.
