I feel a very good seller who solved a problem very positively and replied to my messages quickly.     Awful seller. First order went awol, had no reply from seller, so eBay had to intervene. Took a chance and reordered, as they’re my favourite sandals, but when they eventually arrived, they were totally the wrong pair, not what I ordered. Contacted seller to rectify, again no response! Awful customer service.
