I received the wrong item. When I contacted the seller this was their response: [1 pc hook] hi,do you check your choice,you choose [1 pc hook] ,it is the hook choice,when you choose it,it show the [1 pc hook] choice name and pics,can you keep it,we can refund you GBP 1,can you accept it? But I want the item I purchased and as stated on the confirmation email. Clearly there is a problem with their site and not with me as they suggest. No offer to send me what I ordered! Don’t buy from them
