  After an initial mistake in that they sent a child’s version rather than the adults version they recovered brilliantly. I contacted them to explain and they couldn’t have been nicer. They ensured that they sent out the correct version and it was again delivered within 24hrs. They also said to keep the incorrect item. Great communication and customer service skills.
