Unreasonable, seller sent incorrect item,then tried to make me pay to post it back. Would not send correct item until I had paid to post their mistake back, and then they would send out the right thing. Kept offering me partial refunds and said if I didn't it would take months with postage and would be expensive for me. When I said no, they stopped replying to my messages. Very unsatisfied.
