Item arrived and was nothing like the description said!!!! Missing parts so could not even be used!!!! When I contacted the seller he was rude and wanted to argue over giving me a refund!!! Tried to tell me I should accept £3 for something which I paid £20 for!!!! Would never buy from this person again and I will be warning others too!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting how they treat valid customers!!!!!

item received had some dents which were repairable with a little fettling, some parts missing namely anti slip mats for drawers offered refund of £5 to cover this so matter sorted out within a few days. on the whole the matters are resolved and am satisfied with the result, would give a 95% satisfaction with this item thank you for quick resolution though.

Item arrived damaged with a chip out the back coating of the glass and rusting frame - so not damage from delivery and was very poor quality.
Main image I now realise is taken from the b&q website so not the actual product - seller was extremely reluctant to refund first trying to get me to pay more for a new one to be sent or only offer partial refund - after about 5 days of messaging refund was finally offered hence neutral and not negative review.
