    Never received said courier lost parcel and would resend,still didn’t turn up contacted seller again and was slow to reply and just kept sending previous message and tracking for first parcel that was lost???Do not buy from this seller absolute waste of time!!!!

    Do not use this seller. They did not dispatch items despite several messages sent. This seller is a previous one I have had issues with who have set up under another name. Filed a report with ebay, seller said items had been lost (they had not they were never sent). Had to get a refund from ebay.

    Seller left us hanging despite several messages sent asking where the item was. After about two weeks I had to involve E-Bay dispute department and then it became apparent that they had no stock of the item evenb though they were alledgedly in stock when I placed the order. Apparently thay were waiting for additional supplies but they failed to tell me of this. Then the additional supplies never turned up. I did get a full refund but this was after getting the dispute department involved.
