BEWARE! This seller does not ship the handlebar risers that are in the photographs. They send different versions and then refuse to pay for postage to return! You will not receive what you order and their communications are terrible; sending out pre-typed messages (in broken English) because evidently they get several complaints. You have been warned, purchase with caution. I had to use eBay to get my money back. BEWARE!! Bad customer service and wrong product!

The item was described as being able to extend it to 10L but the extension zip was on the bottom so when you fastened the tail bag down it flattened the extension part so wasn't usable. The extension should have been on the top which the seller agreed. I sent it back but because i didn't have a tracking number the seller refuses to refund me because they say they can't confirm they received the item without it, even though they've received it and my name and address is on the package.
