    I ordered and paid for two items. The seller only sent one item, so over charging me by £6.43. Has not responded to my messages, and ebay customer help is not particularly helpful with their drop down menus that do not cover topic, and no number to contact or an easy way to get my refund or the missing item. In the past it used to be easy to resolve disputes, not any more. What buyer protection ?!!
