I told the seller and they too tried with the courier but the message coming back was it's lost in transit. So the seller refunded me full amount. The seller is good but don't trust YODEL they are rubbish. Thanks for all your help seller.

This item is listed/described as "seller refurbished" but it looked brand new to me. It was even in an branded/authentic Mac Allister box. Only time will tell regarding service life but so far, so good. It would have been even better if seller offered a reclaim option to take back my old, dead battery to refurbish too.
