    Hello, my name is Ramsey! I have spent the last 12 years owning and operating my family steakhouse. I have sold online as a side gig since 2012, but I am now selling online full time since 2023 due to our family business closing. I also have a physical shop in my hometown of Tulsa where I offer similar items but mostly antiques and items that are just too large to deliver daily.

    I had an issue with a vinyl record that I ordered. I was hoping to just return it and receive a refund once the seller received it. But instead, the seller was so nice and apologetic, that he immediately refunded my money and told me I could keep the record, in order to save me the trouble of having to go to the Post office. This is what good customer service is supposed to look like!
