My name is Steve Mason. I am the president of Klever Media Corp and the founder of KLEVER KOSMETICS and www.i-Godit.com. I simply believe in doing the right thing!

The perfume sample box was a little shabby/old and perfume smelled old/a little off. I suspect the sample they sold me was old/expired. It certainly wasn’t ‘new’ as advertised. I tried to reach out to them but they responded with a generic email regarding returns, and how they wouldn’t accept a return that was open, and I would’ve had to pay myself to ship the old/expired $17.00 perfume sample with my own $ and wait for a respons. It wasn’t worth the trouble. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered 5 tubes of Matrix 3 Blow Down lotion and when I received them 2 were less than full. I contacted Klever Kosmetics and the reply was immediate. They are replacing the 2 that were less than full and didn't want me to send the defective 2 back. Their customer service was spectacular. I will definitely purchase more products from this seller.
