    I inconveniently received the wrong items from this disingenuous seller. I brought the issue to their attention, and politely requested for them, to please kindly resend the correct items. The seller issued me a 2nd class, untracked return shipping label,.Nevertheless, I presented evidence of proof of return post to the seller. However the seller has failed to acknowledge, and to further communicate with me on this issue. This seller's service is very poor, and seemingly, untrustworthy. AVOID!!!

    If the size was truly inconvenient for you, why keep the item and refuse to return it? A prepaid Royal Mail 48 return label with a scannable QR code was provided, making the return process simple. Instead, you've offered nothing but excuses to hold onto the item. eBay has already refunded you out of their own pocket, so enjoy the earrings you clearly intended to keep without paying a penny.     it says assortement of plugs, stretchers, tapers and i received all plugs in different colours! i did message them as i thought it was false advertising and got a negitive response, did say i could send them back but i wasnt going to spend money on the postage also! very dissapointed, wont order from them again!
