  Very satisfied with my purchase. I would buy from this seller again. Item was as described. Initial estimated delivery time was 10 days - actual delivery time was 12 days, although communication & updates were very prompt, right up to a call from the delivery driver 10 minutes before delivery. Happy with the price & quality of the bed. The memory foam mattress wasn't as deep as I'd hoped, & bed was lower than I'm used to - solving both issues by using my old mattress under new one - very comfy!

  I was a bit of a nightmare customer to be honest (not intentionally, I’ve just opened my business and I’ve been so busy I didn’t check my messages for delivery etc), however, they tried multiple times to arrange delivery and eventually just brought it to me.
