The delivery driver was careful with the components and offered me the service of assembly for an extra fee which I accepted as a senior citizen living alone. He tidied up the packaging and left all in a tidy package ready for disposal.

Mattress came in excellent condition, flat wrapped in plastic. Driver delivered on his own. He was going to leave it with me, to carry upstairs by myself. But once I asked, he accepted to help.

All correspondence was professional and the delivery driver gave us a ring 30 mins before to check we were in. Bang on time and very polite and professional, helped me get mattress into hall. Not used mattress as yet but it didn’t come all rolled up like the cheaper ones do but it was still only £130 for a quality Kingsize mattress! Good value for money I would recommend this company to buy off ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
