  The item received was damaged so I initiated a return. The description mentioned universal but item didn't fit my standard hair dryer. The seller initially wanted to refund 30% & asked me to keep the item but it was of no use to me as it didn't fit so I asked for a 100 % refund and the seller agreed. Was disappointed with the item when I received it but the seller was kind enough to make good the disappointment. Great service by the seller.
