    I never received a goods I purchased and the seller keeps making excuses why is not refunded blaming Royal mail and Ebay for not giving realistic delivery dates I asked the seller for a refund so many times without any success. My advice don’t buy from this seller has plenty of other day reliable sellers selling the same products on eBay. I had Sue get my refund through Ebay under buyers protection.

    We understand that it is frustrating when then Royal mail cause delays however we always try to help. We showed proof that this was posted within 24 hrs of purchase and we did NOT refuse a refund but we asked the buyer to wait a little longer as we often see items arrive well after the estimated date. This buyer was unwilling to wait and demanded a refund when the item was only 1 day late. We are a small business and we always try to keep people happy but it is impossible with some.
