AVOID!!! Seller sent bag with WRONG name on it and has ignored all of my messages. My daughter was in tears over their mistake and I’ve yet to have my money returned. Just awful! Horrible business and offers no apology despite letting my daughter down terribly. Shame on them!

OMG, I’m so sorry!! I really thought I’d responded yesterday to you, apologising and advising you we were sending you out a replacement bag, (I’m not sure what happened). Please accept my apologies once again, I can assure you this is an error, certainly not in the habit of ignoring a customer- especially if there’s a problem.WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU!!!!
