    A problem with this item was well handled by the Seller. One of three identical items, two of which were perfect. Problem may have occured in transit as packaging was damaged and delivery delayed. Product is great, communications good, super item and can recommend Seller and Product.     Item arrived on time, but the packaging was dirty and had alot of dents and mould markings, plus when opened l had seen a small diamond sharp whole the size of a penny behind the handle of the fan, plus inside the fan cylinder was loose from the top of fan. Plus plastic black and white bits inside the fan started to fall out of the fan. I contacted seller and he and Ebay gladly refunded me back my money that l had paid for it. I had taken photos, but accidentally deleted them. Sorry for that.
