  The seller, immnyc, quickly and fairly resolved the problem of a cracked DVD that wouldn’t play. The Great Expectations DVD was fine, but the Sherlock DVD had a 1-inch crack from the center in, and wouldn’t play. When I contacted immnyc (the seller) through eBay and explained the problem, immnyc initiated a very fair partial refund that I received, which fully compensates for the one broken DVD in the set of two.
