    3/9 Ordered bag Received email stating estimated arrival 3/13 3/27 submitted negative review because did not receive any update or response from seller. Seller finally answers and I give until 3/29 for them to get me a response. 4/1 issued a refund w/o slr response Item arrives several days later.     I'm sorry this didn’t meet expectations. The item was shipped promptly, but USPS delays (especially common out of the lower 48) and a personal health issue affected communication. A full refund was issued before delivery, and I reached out hoping for a possible review update. I appreciate your feedback and will stive to work on noted issues.
