This is a 5-star review, with a tale of patience and perseverence behind it. The package was held back by the Parcelforce International high value team and it took over 3 weeks to clear. Without the seller's kind assistance, this wouldn't have happened. My advice to UK based ebayers - please check first about the best arrangements for multi-buy UK bound purchases. In spite of the delay, which is not the seller's fault, I'm leaving a 5-star review for this seller. Highly recommend.

I bought two crystals from the seller and it is this that I believe caused the Parcelforce UK International high value team to delay the parcel for over 3 weeks. The seller couldn't have done more to assist during the whole delay and without his help, I don't think this would have been resolved. To all UK based ebayers, please research UK regulations/customs charges for your US shopping. Highly recommend seller. The crystal is water clear - truly gorgeous.
