Very happy with the thread, it came well before the estimated time. Well packaged. Really good quality thread, very strong, exactly what I wanted and great price as well. I ordered item C which shows red bows. The item I received has pink bows. I contacted the seller, sent images and asked for the order to be corrected or refunded. The seller insisted the item is correct despite the photos clearly showing otherwise. After much back and forth they offered a 12% refund. Poor service and incorrect item. Would not recommend.
