They sent me a very damaged lamp. Their ad and description stated that it was new and in excellent condition! That’s not what I saw upon my opening of the box. Very disappointing. However, Seller was very prompt and apologetic and refunded me immediately. So for their professional response I give them a positive feedback. I maybe reluctant to shop here again, because it takes time to find the things I want or need and to have them arrive damaged ends up being a waste of my time. Starting over!
