Received ok, The Fedex guy did seem to drop the item off at a wrong address first and then redeliver to my place a hour later than the stated delivery time, all forgiven. Box was damaged as stated by seller. but shrink wrap was also missing from the metal cage reel inside. measured weight of wire reel is 15.9kg, so I should have all the wire. wire was tied off in the wrong place, i.e. top of the reel, unlike how it comes in a factory seal pack, so there has been history. All ok for the price
