  Slow to be shipped, I received no reply after contacting the seller! It arrived with a broken string, a dead battery and it hadn't been setup yet! It was shipped on Dec 26th and arrived that day! But as described, everything needed was included with the purchase, less the battery! I was pleasantly surprised that once it was setup and tuned, it has a really GREAT sound to be a cheap guitar! I would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone wanting to try a 12 string at an affordable price!

  Purchased a Hitachi U-1100 spectrometer; it arrived in poor packing (thin paper, light box) and was severely damaged. The unit didn’t match the listing photo, lacked the promised power cord and manual, and had an old service card not shown in the ad. Shipping was delayed, and the seller made excuses when confronted. Clearly a scam artist—avoid this seller.

  It took me some time to figure out the "Why" here. He buys the spectrometer which was carefully packed and then reports it's smashed to pieces and yet no box damage. Thanks to ebay's return system he sent it back and I thought "Huh... I mean maybe he's being honest and this one is just some sort of phenomenon of physics... It makes no sense to destroy it for no reason?" Then while harvesting the unit before it goes off to the trash I realized the expensive lamp power supply was missing. Smh

  Perhaps one of the worst sellers I have experienced. They either by mistake or on purpose misrepresented the item with a wrong picture and rather than admit their mistake, they accused me of altering the product after I received it. A very disreputable seller. Stay clear.

  ...Got the guitar then same-day returned it claiming that it wasn't a 500-series (It was never advertised as a 500-series, it's right in the listing title? Then proceeds to return a different guitar then I sent. At least we can agree that this was a terrible business transaction.
