Sent me a replacement set of motorbike pads... and kept me informed ..and apologised for the delay even though it was not her fault and she was left out of pocket. This ebayer A1++++... Royal Mail... well let's not go there... I've given feedback as arrived on time as the replacement was despatched very quickly.
