    The item was promptly shipped. Item was described well, however US customs damaged the bag by cutting through the box and into the bag. It is sad to see the bag damaged this way - carelessly. The seller did refund my money. I will purchase from the seller again and hopefully my bag will get through customs without damage this time. I’d give this seller 5 ⭐️

Unfortunately, the item was damaged while being packaged for shipment and so the seller emailed that they would be unable to complete my purchase. They immediately offered a discount on another item and when I did not find anything I wanted in their inventory they immediately refunded my money. This is the way eBay is supposed to work with quality sellers who truly intend to provide quality service.
