    Item wasn’t sent until I chased it after a week and then sent to wrong address, the tracking shows a different postcode, now trying to claim a refund from EBay themselves as seller is ignoring me, really wouldn’t recommend seller

    As per tracking buyer received the parcel and then i requested the refund and promised the revised the feed back when received the refund , refund initiated on the same day and now he is not responding the messages and nor revise the feed back, very strange

    I am confused they comment ‘very strange’ what is strange is that my order was not sent when ordered and only dispatched once I chased the order, the order was then addressed to the WRONG address, tracking can confirm this with DPD the seller is claiming parcel sent and delivered with tracking they sent it to the WRONG place they said refund only if I revise feedback nothing happened so asked eBay and they refunded me. Now they are sending demanding messages so blocking them and remain negative
